“Having considered the financial position of the Company, the forecast for the Hexagon Bidco Limited group and the financial position and performance of the Westminster Topco Limited group, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company and wider group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently, they consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
