“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which takes account of a letter of support received from the ultimate parent company, Johnson Health Tech Co Limited. In addition to a loan facility made available by the ultimate parent undertaking company of $9m, management have no reason to believe this facility will not be renewed. This parent company has confirmed that for a period of at least twelve months from the date the financial statements were approved, it will continue to provide financial support to Johnson Health Tech UK Limited.”
