“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In order for FitFlop Limited to manage its working capital cycle it has held, since 24 March 2023, a Term Loan for $5m. ... The directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued financial support from the Parent Company. The Director's have received confirmation that the Parent Company intends to support the Company for at least one year after these financial statements are signed. ... The Company has significant cash balances and access to financing which support the conclusion that FitFlop Limited will continue to be able to service its liabilities and continue as a going concern for at least the next 12 months.”
