“The Directors have received written confirmation that Spotify AB is fully prepared and able to support the Company as necessary for the foreseeable future that is a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The Directors have considered the anticipated liquidity of the Group when assessing this support. For these reasons, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
