“The Board of Trustees has reviewed the reserve levels, the October census student numbers (on which lagged funding for 2025/26 is based) and the cash holdings of the Trust. The Trust consistently holds higher cash levels than reserves. Following review and analysis of these figures, the Board of Trustees has concluded that it has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
