“In adopting the going concern basis for preparing these financial statements the Directors have carried out a review of the business and have assessed the forecast future performance and anticipated cash flows that are expected to arise. After reviewing the Group's financial forecasts and expected working capital position and the ability and intent of its parent to provide financial support if required, the Directors are confident the Group has sufficient access to financial resources to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements For these reasons the Directors consider that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Company's and Group's financial statements”
