“The directors have carried out an assessment of the going concern position of the Company. The cashflow forecasts prepared for the going concern assessment period, indicate that the Company will maintain appropriate cash and short-term funding balances in place throughout the period through to December 2026. The Company has carried out scenario analysis on the forecasts which have raised no concerns. In addition to the Company's own cash funds held and generated, the directors have also sought and obtained a confirmation of continued financial support from our parent Company StandardAero Aviation Holdings, Inc. On the basis of the above assessment, the Company is considered to have appropriate financial resources to manage its business risks successfully. After reviewing the above, the directors have concluded that they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue as a going concern through to the period ending 31 December 2026. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Report and Financial Statements.”
Significant events
- “The external commercial environment is expected to remain competitive through 2025 and beyond. However, we expect improvements to our current level of performance in the future, driven by our culture of continuous improvement, and the benefits to the business from being part of the wider StandardAero group.”
- “The Company has continued with the installation of energy efficient lighting to reduce electricity consumption, which is a project that will be continued until fully complete across all sites. The Company goal is to reduce energy usage by 5% each year.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
