“In preparation of the financial statements, the board is required to assess the group's ability to continue to trade as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The group's management have continued to work proactively to improve costs and working capital management in the period. A key focus has been on improving procurement and reducing holding costs of inventories. The board has reviewed the cash flow forecast and based on their review, believes that group is in a good position and will have sufficient financial resources to meet its obligations for the next twelve months. As such, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparation of the financial statements.”
