“The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period extending over 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. After consideration of the forecast and sensitivities the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company should be able to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. The Directors have also considered the commitment and ability of the Group to continue to support the Company. The Company is expected to continue to be in a position to obtain finance from Story Contracting Holdings Limited when required to operate for the foreseeable future and a letter of support has been provided by Story Contracting Holdings Limited. It is therefore appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
