“The director has a reasonable expectation that the company and the larger group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, he continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements. Further details on the basis of preparation are given in the statement of accounting policies in note 1. The director has been provided with confirmation from Doosan Bobcat EMEA s.r.o, the company's immediate parent company, that any additional funding as may be required will be available to enable the company to ensure the development of its future activities and to enable it to continue as a going concern. The director has the expectation that this support will continue to be received, if required, until at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements.”
