- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Suntory Global Spirits Inc, the intermediate group parent, has provided a letter of financial support to the Company confirming they will support Sipsmith to operate as a going concern and that they have sufficient financial resources to do so. Sipsmith is satisfied that Suntory Global Spirits Inc is capable and in good financial standing to provide this support. The letter of support together with the forecasts indicate, to the Directors' satisfaction, that the Company has resources more than sufficient to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “As a result of the Group's decision in 2024 (and costs therefore accounted for in 2024) that Sipsmith Limited would no longer manage the route to market and related commercial and marketing activities in the UK from the 1st February 2025, the company has noted a positive impact on its results.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
