“The company has received a support letter from its parent, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Limited, confirming that if necessary financial support would be made available to the company over the twelve-month period following approval of the financial statements in the event of any severe downturn. Accordingly, the directors consider the going concern assumption in the preparation of the financial statements to be appropriate as at the date the accounts are authorised for issue.”
