- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “Trading in 2024 started well but was subjected to the BMW and MINI (Integrated Braking System) delivery stops and recall. Due to limited parts availability this lasted into the final quarter of the year. These cars have now had the requisite upgrade and the vehicles were able to be released for sale from November 2024.”
- “The FCA's investigation into Insurance products, specifically GAP insurance, also meant that there was a period where these products were not able to be sold by the Group during 2024. This has now been clarified and the company recommenced GAP sales in the 2nd half of the year.”
- “In July 2024, the group obtained the freehold of the property known as Brook House on Portsmouth Road in Surbiton, which was the old Trust Ford dealership site. It was redeveloped and opened as the new Berry BYD Thames Ditton Site in December 2024.”
- “The site at 931 Great West Road in Brentford, which was acquired in 2023 was also refurbished in the final quarter of 2024. This opened as a new Hyundai main dealer facility, in January 2025.”
- “A further site in Imperial Way, Croydon was acquired in July 2025 and recently opened as a Berry BYD Croydon on 1st September. A Bodyshop is also planned for this site in Q4 2025.”
- “The company emphasis continued to be to strengthen the senior management and head office resources in 2024 and included appointing a Financial Controller to further boost the Accounting function, appointing a new Franchise Director for new brands, allowing the current franchise director to retain full focus on the BMW & MINI brands, appointing a Corporate sales Director plus strengthening within the Marketing, HR and IT teams.”
- “The groups Health and Safety focus remained a priority, by appointing a new H&S officer who is fully NEBOSH accredited. The group also renewed the Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.”
- “The group acquired an additional 220 car park spaces located in a secure underground parking facility as part of the former GSK Head Office site in Chiswick with a five year licence in June 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
