- Going concern

“Management believe that the Company will continue to operate as a going concern for the twelve months following the signing of these financial statements. Further, a letter of support is in place where the Ultimate Parent Company, Qatar Insurance Company QSPC, will provide protection in case the Company fails in its contractual obligations. The directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis as they do not intend to liquidate the Company or to cease its operations, and as they have concluded that the Company's financial position means that this is realistic. They have also concluded that there are no material uncertainties that could have cast significant doubt over its ability to continue as a going concern for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements ("the going concern period"). We consider that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate; we have not identified, and concur with the directors' assessment that there is not, a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for the going concern period.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
