“The Directors are satisfied that the cash flow forecasts show that the Group is expected to have a sufficient level of financial resources available through current facilities to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due and therefore will be able to provide parental support for at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and for this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
