“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company forms part of a wider Group that provides ongoing financial support and, where relevant, access to the Group's debt facilities. The Directors are satisfied that the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, thus going concern is appropriate.”
