“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The Governors have prepared budgets and forecasts that take into account the impact of VAT on school fees, the loss of charitable business rate relief and having reviewed the funding facility available to the School together with the expected ongoing demand for places and the School's future projected cashflows, the Governors have a reasonable expectation that they have adequate resources to continue its activities for the foreseeable future and consider that there are no material uncertainties over the School's financial viability.”
