- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have reviewed the forecast performance models and funding availability including consideration of appropriate sensitivities and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the Directors consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
Significant events
- “Key decisions taken by the Company are defined as those that are considered to have a material impact on the long-term performance of the business and its interaction with key stakeholders. In this context the key decisions taken during 2024 were in respect of our structured and successful 'programme based' response to the labour market challenges that continued throughout this year, impacting front-line resource capacity within the business and, as part of our on-going strategies to drive customer engagement, to request court allowed application of interest charges to customer balances, as part of our CCJ Claim processes, as well as increasing the volume of pre-litigation strategy activity undertaken on behalf of our primary client. All initiatives were approved at appropriate EXCO and Board levels.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
