“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is profitable and has net current assets of £2,105k (2023: £1,311k) which is largely the result of the net intercompany position. The Company has considered its ability to continue to trade profitably, the ability of the fellow group company to settle the intercompany debt, and the availability of the Group to provide short-term funding to the Company, which the directors have confirmed with the Group, remains available, if required, for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. On this basis, the directors have concluded that it's appropriate to prepare the Company's financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Net assets for the Company have increased from £1,320k to £3,188k, primarily arising from the increase in fixed assets due to increase capital expenditure from the relocation of office and and the increase in debtors, in line with the increase in turnover. This is partially offset against the increase in creditors notably loans owed to group undertakings for working capital requirements as a result of the increase in operations.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
