“The Company has a cross-guarantee arrangement in relation to the Group's financing and therefore going concern has been assessed on a group basis. After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operation existence for the period to 30 June 2026, being the going concern assessment period. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
