“The Company is dependent upon its parent undertaking, PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (MEI), to assist it in meeting its liabilities as they fall due, to the extent that money is not available to the Company to meet such liabilities, for a period ending 04 July 2026, being the going concern period. MEI has confirmed it will and has the ability to provide financial support to the Company to the extent that the Company is unable to meet its obligations from its own sources and; that it will not call for repayment of any outstanding amounts due if to do so would leave the Company in such a position that it would not be able to meet its other liabilities as they fall due.”
