The directors consider it appropriate to prepare the Group and Company financial statements on a going concern basis as Roeslein & Associates Inc., the Company's ultimate parent undertaking, has provided the Company with a signed confirmation that for at least 15 months from the date of approval of these financial statements it will provide funds required to enable the Group and Company to continue in operational existence by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment and will not call upon any liabilities in the 15 months following approval of accounts unless the Company has the ability to repay the amounts requested.”
