Significant events
- “In December 2024, Cavendish Square Holdings B.V. approached the company's shareholders with an offer to purchase the service line business of Barrows London Limited. During January 2025, the shareholders discussed the offer amongst themselves and concluded they would consider the offer put forward subject to other processes that would need to be performed. At this point the shareholders notified executive management of the potential sale and the possible procedures which would then follow. At the date of this report discussions were still underway and no formal agreement had been signed. However, the potential sale date of 1 September 2025 is being targeted, provided the various steps to conclude the transaction are satisfied.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
