“The directors have received confirmation that Bruntwood Scitech Limited ("Group"), the company's ultimate holding company, will continue to provide the necessary level of support to enable it to continue to operate for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on reviewing these forecasts and sensitivities the directors have concluded that the Group is a going concern and has the necessary funding available to provide support to the company, and accordingly have prepared the financial statements of the company on the going concern basis.”
