“The Directors believe in the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and will be able to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future, a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. The Company has received confirmation from its parent undertaking, Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited, that it will provide such support as is required to allow the Company to pay its debts as they fall due for a period of at least one year from the date of signing these financial statements. On this basis, the Directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
