“The directors believe EY Professional Services Limited has sufficient cash flows and is well placed to manage the risks and uncertainties arising. Under some scenarios modelled, additional funding would be required. The ultimate parent entity has confirmed in a letter of support to the Directors of the company that it is committed to providing funding if required. Accordingly, the directors of EY Professional Services Limited have concluded that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements and so continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
