“The financial statements of the Company have been prepared on the basis that the Company is a going concern. At 31 December 2024 the Company had net assets of £ 16.1m (2023: £8.8m) and net current assets of £9.8m (2023: £8.5m). The Company reported a profit before tax of £9.8m (2023: £2.9m) for the financial year. The directors have assessed the Company's financial position and its ability to meet its obligations as and when they fall due. The Company's intermediate parent entity, Markerstudy Group Limited (“MGL"), has provided a letter of support confirming that it will continue to provide financial support to the Company such that it will continue to be able to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Group meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and borrowings. The Group's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Group should be able to operate within the level of its current cash reserves and borrowings. The Directors are therefore confident that there will be sufficient positive cash flows to support the liquidity and solvency of the Company. The continued support of the Company's ultimate parent, and the Group's debt providers, to fund acquisitions demonstrate their confidence in the Group to seek out opportunities for growth and value generation. In addition, the organic growth and cash generation from the existing Group businesses support the long-term prospects of the organisation and mean that the Directors are confident that the Group and Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. On this basis, the Directors continue to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
