“Using these forecasts and sensitivities along with additional stress testing, the Directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt over the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. Key assumptions are as per 'Impairment testing of PP&E' (note 11) with outcomes highlighting that the Company is sufficiently capitalised to continue as a going concern. ... Based on their assessment of the Company's financial position, the Directors believe that the Company will be able to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and pay its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
