“The company prepares annual profit and loss, balance sheet and sales projections covering the period of 12 months i.e, at least August 2026 after the sign off date. These projections indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides due to some economic recessions in commodities market, the Company will have sufficient funds through its external trading performance and funding from its intermediate parent company Elkem ASA, if necessary, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period.”
