The Trustees' intend to wind up the charitable company and therefore do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. As of 1 September 2024, all schools, assets and liabilities from The Shared learning Trust were transferred to Advantage Schools. The Trust is expected to be wound up within six months of the end of the 2023/24 academic year.
