Material uncertainty over going concern
As visitor numbers continue to recover the Company's financial position will improve although support from other companies in the wider Blenheim Estate is required. Stress testing indicates that should visitor numbers fall again a higher level of support will be required. In the context of the wider Blenheim Estate, the Company receives financial support from the Vanbrugh Unit Trust Group, specifically Blenheim Finance Limited. With this ongoing support, the Directors.consider that the Company will have sufficient working capital and cashflows to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements. However, this support is not legally binding and could be withdrawn which indicates that a material uncertainty exists which may cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore its ability to realise its assets and discharge. its liabilities in the normal course of business.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
