“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company's active investment managers deploy strategies to manage volatility and credit risk and seek high quality investments. In assessing the going concern basis of preparation the directors have concluded that a letter of support is required from the Company's parent, W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. The directors have received a written letter of support from W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. confirming that it will continue to provide financial support to the Company, to the extent that it is required, for the period up to 31 December 2026. The directors have made enquiries and considered the ability of the group to provide financial support and conclude that the group is able to provide financial support to the Company, to the extent that it is required, for the period up to 31 December 2026. Based on this parental support and the directors' assessment of the forecasts and sensitivities of the Company's investment committee for the period to 31 December 2026, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements of the Company on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from this basis of preparation being inappropriate.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
