“As at 31 December 2024 the group has net current liabilities of £1,924,074 (2023 - £2,162,654), and net liabilities of £1,832,484 (2023 - £2,106,275). York Telecom Corporation has confirmed that it will provide additional financial support to meet the liabilities of the York Telecom Limited group, as they fall due, if required for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The York Telecom Limited directors have reviewed the York Telecom Corporation group going concern assessment and based on this and the letter of support received, consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
