As the bank loan facilities available to the company are part of a wider Corpay Inc. group facility, the ultimate parent undertaking, Corpay Inc. has confirmed in writing that it has the ability to and will support the Company as needed by continuing to provide access to Corpay Inc. group facilities so that the company can continue trading and enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due throughout the going concern period.”
