“The directors have considered the company's profit in the year, future cash generation, future profits projected, the company's ongoing cash requirements, the recoverable amounts of both trade receivables and amounts owed to group undertakings and the availability of funds through the intercompany loan agreement with Wright Express International Holdings Limited. As a result of the review, the directors are confident the company has adequate resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
