“The director has given careful consideration to the impact of the above on the going concern basis of preparation. The director believes that sufficient financial resources are available to enable the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due, covering a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The director believes that there is no material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.
