- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis as they do not intend to liquidate the Company or to cease its operations, and as they have concluded that the Company's financial position means that this is realistic. They have also concluded that there are no material uncertainties that could have cast significant doubt over its ability to continue as a going concern for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements ("the going concern period").”
Significant events
- “TCH merged with Peabody Trust on 9 May 2019 and will continue as an operating subsidiary of Peabody Group.”
- “Monson Homes' turnover decreased during the year. This was due to reduced construction work for TCH. Development was constrained due to funds being prioritised for fire safety works by its parent company (Peabody) for their existing homes in London.”
- “During the year the company constructed 104 homes for TCH to rent and 66 homes for TCH to sell as shared ownership.”
- “Activity for the forthcoming year is expected to be ahead of 2024/25 as funds have been earmarked for a modest development programme. This will supplement the Showfields regeneration scheme which is currently on-site.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
