“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company relies on the Group's cash flow, and as such Nomad Foods Limited has signed a letter of support in relation to Nomad Foods Europe Holdco Limited. Nomad Foods Limited's intention is to provide sufficient financial resources to Nomad Foods Europe Holdco Limited so that the Company can meet its liabilities as they fall due. Based on the review of the business plan, the Directors have satisfied themselves of the Group's ability to continue as a going concern based on current cash flow projections and the conditions of the Group borrowing facilities. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of this report. Thus, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Company annual report and financial statements.”
