Going concern
Material uncertainty disclosed

“During the year under review, the Group experienced net cash outflows from its operating activities which it financed from existing cash resources held at the start of the year and cash received from the issue of new equity share capital. This additional cash requirement creates a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. However, the Directors expect to be able to meet the funding requirements for the Group to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements through the use of existing cash resources and further issue of new ordinary share capital and, consequently, the Directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
