Going concern
Affirmed

“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet any commitments as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of signing the Financial Statements. The maturities of the loans to Parent undertaking will match the maturity of the July 2036 Bond liabilities, which will allow the Bonds to be repaid to investors on maturity. The interest from the loans with Wellcome Trust is sufficient to meet the fixed rate interest payment to bond holders. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Financial Statements. The Directors have considered the impact of higher interest rates on the Company and have concluded there are no material uncertainties related to these events or conditions that may cast doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-09-30 vs 2024-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
