“The charity has remained in a surplus at the year end. Looking ahead to 2025/26, the charity anticipates more predictable funding, potential improvements in the wider economic environment, and benefits from strengthened internal planning. These factors place halow in a stronger position to gradually rebuild its reserves and progress towards a more sustainable long-term financial position. Accordingly, at the time of approving the financial statements, the Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity has sufficient resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. Thus, the Trustees continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
