- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Notwithstanding the loss for the year ended 31 December 2024 of £381,000, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company meets its day to day working capital requirements from its cash at bank, together with intercompany balances within the group headed by Restaurant Brands international Inc., the ultimate parent company.”
Significant events
- “In June 2023, the High Court handed down a decision in the case of Virgin Media Limited v NTL Pension Trustees II Limited and others relating to the validity of certain historical pension changes due to the lack of actuarial confirmation required by law. In July 2024, the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal brought by Virgin Media Ltd against aspects of the June 2023 decision. The conclusions reached by the court in this case may have implications for other UK defined benefit plans.”
- “On 20 December 2021, the OECD published its proposals in relation to Global Anti-Base Erosion Rules, which provide for an internationally co-ordinated system of taxation to ensure that large multinational groups pay a minimum level of corporate income tax in countries where they operate. The Company is a subsidiary of [Restaurant Brands International, Inc.], which falls within the scope of the OECD Pillar Two model rules. On 20 June 2023, Finance (No.2) Act 2023 was substantively enacted in the UK.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
