“The Company had net current liabilities of $986,158 (2023: $811,808). The Company has a letter of support in place from its ultimate parent company, Hikma, which states that, should it be required, Hikma will provide financial support to the Company for additional funding or to enable it to discharge its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. The Directors have assessed the ability of Hikma to provide that support and, on that basis, have concluded that the application of the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”
