“In assessing the appropriateness of the going concern basis, the directors consider all available information about the future including the going concern period, which is 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through cash reserves and, if required, an advance against the billings from Red Bull GmbH group. The directors have evaluated the forecasted cash flow and profitability of the Company taking into account the Company's liabilities and recognise the importance of ensuring that dividends are only paid when sufficient cash resources are available. Given the Company's operating model and the arrangement for temporary advance against billings, the directors believe that the company has adequate cash reserves to continue as a going concern for the period up to 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Furthermore, Red Bull GmbH has confirmed to the directors in writing, that it has no plans or intentions that would materially affect the ordinary operations of the company within the next 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements or the carrying value or classification of its assets and liabilities as at 31 December 2024. On this basis, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing this report and financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
