“Following on from those detailed cashflow forecast reviews the directors confirm that they have assessed the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern and have prepared forecasts and projections for periods not less than twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources, and as set out in note 22, the support of its parent. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
