- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Taking into account the letter of support from Sanders Industries Holdings Inc. and the availability of working capital, the directors have concluded that the group will be able to continue to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The group continued to perform well despite continued uncertainty in the market arising from the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East and the global economic situation.”
- “A substantial portion of the business supplies into the semi-conductor industry. This industry saw a slow down through 2023 and 2024 with customers having high levels of inventory at a time when demand was falling.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
