Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company continues to depend on the continued operations of its related parties, including a tour operator. There are ongoing uncertainties as to the duration and impact of war between Russia and Ukraine, the global economic slowdown as well as the effectiveness of government and central bank responses to these macroeconomic factors. It is not, therefore, possible to predict the consequent impact on the Company's future results and financial position, which causes uncertainty in relation to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. As such, there is material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, and therefore it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. These financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
