“In preparing these financial statements, the Directors have performed a rigorous assessment of the Company's financial position, forecast performance, contract base, risk profile, and available funding. This involved reviewing detailed cashflow forecasts through to 31 July 2026 to assess the liquidity and cash reserves available to the company during this period of assessment. This included factoring in new and prospective contracts however the contracts that are vital to the assessment have been confirmed as won. In addition to this, the Directors have undertaken sensitivity analysis for a series of scenarios including delayed contract starts and a lack of conversion of new opportunities and it was determined that there was no possible scenario that would give rise to a shortfall in liquidity.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
