“The Directors have received confirmation from the Company's ultimate parent undertaking, TransDigm Group Incorporated that it will, in the event that it becomes necessary, provide the Company with financial assistance to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the 2024 financial statements. Having considered the financial position of the ultimate parent company and the Company's forecasts, the Directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
