• “During 2018 the Company purchased a 51% controlling interest in Fenchurch Advisory Partners LLP. In July 2023 the Company exercised a put option and acquired an additional 10% equity stake for £11,553,445. In July 2024, the Company increased their interest holding from 61% to 70% for £12.2m. In October 2024 the Company accelerated its acquisition strategy by exercising its Call Options to purchase the remaining interests for £50.8m, thereby obtaining 100% ownership of the LLP. In December 2024, The Fenchurch partners agreed to reinvest in the LLP contributing £32.0 million for a 19.1% stake.”
